You will receive an email notification once your order ships. If you have not received the notification, your order has not shipped.

If inquiring about a damaged package, please attach as many photos as possible of the damaged item, the wrapping, and the box. Do not discard the package and its contents, or else your insurance claim and refund will not be processed.
